Join a Parkinson’s support group

“You talk about Parkinson’s with your family but you don’t want to do that all the time, so when you get together once a month with the group, it’s a good opportunity to do that.” Alice Templin, Ontario

Support groups – whether in person, online or by telephone – provide a friendly supportive setting for people to share experiences, feelings and thoughts and to exchange information. If you are a member of a support group and know other people with Parkinson’s, invite them to join.
